Same happened to me im out 880 coins and am trying to get my coins refunded i was just looking and didnt noticed i brought 3 cosmetics its almost been 1 day without a reply from support :c

Bought two cosmetics on the shop thru my phone because im new and was told be someone that you can do that just to find out the things i bought aren’t even allowed in poe 2 am i cooked or are they eventually comin to poe2

I purchased the alternate charge skin thinking it would give my arcane surge an alternate look. Well it doesn't so can I get that refunded? If so, how do I do that? It's useless for me. I love this game and definitely going to continue to play for months. It's the first cosmetic I bought and it does nothing for me.
