3.20 Balance Manifesto: Monster Mods and Archnemesis

FINALLY, this loooks like a good change, a very good change.
ok this actually looks promising.
I didn't have the same complaints as everyone else with archnemesis but it definitely wasn't in the right place.
Please give actually rarity n quantity loot drops of the monsters, we want back the original loot drops, we want the fun, not the crazy challenge game.

Everyone has a life n can't sit down on pc to grind for 24/7, please understand that.

Please give us a proper list of modification on AN mods you're about to rip, show us the actual data, Communicate till we the players and happy with it, then only we talk further.

Really don't want to get one shot again by unknown rare off screen or even absolutely killing us even we're a tank, further more with very POOR reward system, it's ultimately discouraging n disgusting.

Skipping or ignoring us, we will be ignoring support to you too.

Now all you need to do is replace the drop rate and the games back on track, scraping the player base off the keel this league after running into the rocks.

for the FAQ:

Will the "on death one shots" to players be gone?

Will I no longer have to run away from the magma and poison balls that chase me?

How will you overcome the player inability to hover over a powerful rare long enough to read the tags and not die while doing so? Melee players hardly have such luxury.

aham and but the loot is still terrible? considering that you're "changing" AN you're going to throw back the excuse of "risk vs reward"

a bunch of words with very little in the grand scheme of things.. on live servers is where things actually matters.

changes sound good on paper will have to test the shit outa this to see if its actually any good.

Now will there be NEW SKILLS in 3.20

Will melee get some buff aspects...

This is what will make or break the player base numbers coming into 3.20
These sound like terrific changes. Have a few questions:

1- How many mods can one rare monster have?
2- Do rare monsters have mods that buff surrounding rare monsters?
3- Will the number of rare monsters be limited?
4- Does the new reward system provide the same number of fractured items as AN?
5- Were any modifiers that made-up AN mods removed?
6- Were any new modifier types added (other than name changes)?
7- Will considerations be made for different content (i.e. Delve vs. Harvest vs. maps) or will it be implemented evenly regardless of content?

Controller Support needs better range on right thumbstick loot selection otherwise controller support is phenomenal.
