Currently, Hex Builds are at their weakest against monsters where they matter the most and at their strongest where they matter the least.


This was bugging me for so long. Glad this is finally changed!
Anyone saying that curses being weak against non-unique is not a big deal is delusional

The most dangerous monsters in 3.19 were RARE monsters, more than map bosses, and the archnemesis mods were not removed , so have fun having weak curses against rares.

The changes to occultist feels horrible and undesirable, maybe yeah the changes to the curses make them much stronger but still I would prefer a rework of the ascendency more than taking 4 points for the same effect that cost 2 points before.

Again maybe it is stronger now but that just feels horrbile
