I opened the in-game mtx shop and didn't get my box :(

Didn't get it earlier on but after exiting the game and then launching the game again the mystery box was in.

Jesus so many people in this thread are ungrateful assholes. There's a delay from opening the shop to getting the box, be patient. Submit a (polite) bug report if you really think there's a problem.

54 pages, alright everyone, I think we're all aware there's a problem with the free mystery box implementation.
No, GGG are not ignoring you because they are evil and/or don't care. Keep in mind, in NZ it's currently 26th of December aka Boxing Day and chances are that pretty much all staff are on holidays today. Is it annoying and somewhat unprofessional that this was stuffed up? Of course. But it's not a game breaking bug that warrants cancelling someone's leave to come and fix right away. You'll all get your free mtx in the next day or two, so until then chillax. |

TY GGG! I got the Stygian Gargoyle Wings after a little time, then when I logged back into the game after a few hours the Mystery Box was there!
