If you've made a purchase in the microtransaction shop but haven't received your free Mystery Box after a few minutes, can you please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so that we can fix this up for you? Please include your Path of Exile account name and the names of 2-3 characters on your account so that we can more easily locate your account in order to check into things. | |
