POE2 Console Release Query

Ok, so in order to even be able to play Path of Exile 2, I Need to get a brand new Console Series X.
Tuts, Ssiigghhh. Not sure if I should even bother PoE2 at all.
Might as well better to just turn to play PoE on PC instead when it arrives.
