Harbringers Useless Since Divine/Exalted Swap

It's fairly inefficient for currency&exp but requires no effort or brainpower and maps are fast.

Ahhhhhh, thanks for clarifying it! Will have to study about juicing maps :D


-Take a normal map and use 4 chisels to make it 20% quality.
-alch it to make it rare.
-Use Chaos orbs to re roll for better mods
-Vaal orb it to corrupt it in unpredictable ways

In the map device add sacrifice fragments for +5% quantity per piece
Add a scarab for specific content
Click a master button to add master content
Use sextants

You don't have to do all those steps. You can stop at any point where you are happy with the map. For the most part once you corrupt your map you cannot change it. Corrupting it can make it unidentified and you cannot see what the mods are.

Always has been if you're using all the other juice. I can't stand all that set up, I pick stuff that works with alch and go with a kirac mod.

Unless you're going for a Vaal Temple, making it unidentified is the most favourable outcome, because it does just that... it unidentifies the previous map. So you know exactly what mods it has... unless you already forgot.

i have all the nodes on the tree and get harbingers in almost all my maps. sometimes multiple harbingers but they never drop any for me. i guess using sextants is mandatory now? thats the only thing i'm not doing.


why are you running harbingers without map device and scarabs at least? you get more of them and also every map

"Mandatory" is a very strong word. Sure, it's "mandatory" to use sextants if you want to min/max your rewards/gains, but sextants have never been mandatory to play, progress or earn some currency.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

i ran them for the harbinger challenge and at league start the small currency they give was good but now i'm going to unspec because its not worth it anymore. never see the fracturing shards.

i'm still curious though how that guy got 40 shards from just few "hours" of mapping
