Making currency, and calculating currency per hr is relatively simple. I've only played the league for 2 days and ive made over 20 divines since I started. There are programs you can use that track the value of everything you have obtained since you started the game, and tracks the value of those items based on current pricing. So it gives you a pretty accurate div / hr rate. An example is Exilence Next. I just heard it shut down a few months ago, so I don't know if it still works. I am pretty sure one of the tools in the link below has a currency / net worth tracker of some kind.



Knowing what makes money (at what times during different periods of a league), what items have value, or what content gives consistent pure currency, are the main ways of making money in poe while actually playing the game.

there also the thing with blights and oil extractors

naturally you need 78/80 level areas for silver/golden but the boss dropped annointed jewelleries dont give a fuck

But that's what I'm saying, Like Poe.Trade tells me my bow is worth 150c. Hell I have items that its valued at 2div etc but the fact is no one is buying lol. Then while I'm also shopping around and I feel like oh damn so expensive. Shrug honestly though I've been just running ess/whitemaps/alin I have a nice fractured bow I'm just going to keep chilling over here and dropping esse on it until I get something nice. I have a 1200 dps bow atm anyways.

2 divines is really nothing. Neither is a 16 divine item "bananas".
You'll learn when you play more and get to the end game.

The yellow fruits I buy at the store are bananas, but the items on the market no matter what price they cost are just meaningless pixel. Even mirror tier has no value or close to no meaning since more than half is crafted via rmt anyways.
