Killing uber bosses with a condition is insane in ruthless

Doesn't help when non-Ruthless people chime in and add their 2 cents (that are worth nothing, because they don't know what they are talking about)

What is more reasonable: Ruthless players complaining that ubers as a challenge is too build restrictive for their own game mode OR players throwing a fit every time a new league mechanic doesn't shower them with currency or every time their favorite skill or ascendancy gets nerfed?

Or when noobs complain the acts are too hard and veterans just ask them to be quiet. This thread is just a big bowl of irony.

Even people with PhDs can be wrong about complex subjects they (think they) know everything about. However, the judge/jury/executioner will always be the Devs. Even if a nobody or the best Ruthless players is right, they can still just say "no", as with literally everything else they denied because "no".

Although, Ruthless players thinking they are free from the purposeless wrath of the Devs simply because they choose the "harder" path themselves is cute.
Ruthless should be [Removed by Support].

The Ruthless playerbase, as small as it may be, is not a monolith. I agree though that the devs are the final arbiter of what is valuable feedback and what is not, and I'd think they'd rather hear from people who actually attempted a challenge than from someone who didn't. It's like saying "this joyride sucks" but you never even visited the park.

I also disagree with the exaggerating "PhD" analogy. You don't have to have a PhD in Ruthless to provide feedback, but you should at least have played it.

Just try to reach the maps on SSF HC R at least. And feel the difference between the Tutorial Mode (Standard) and real PoE. ;)

PS After reaching the maps you will be very surprised (second time).

For what it's worth, I think you ssf-r players that even reach that level of progress is already incredible.

Good luck!
Did you try turning it off and on again?

Hrishi, one of the devs involved in ruthless, has said that they don't think Ubers should be in challenges.

Regular pinnacles are aspirational enough in ruthless for 99% of players. No reason why 8/8 shouldn't be comparable in challenge to 38/40 given that it gates you out of the seasonal mtx rewards.

Randos with no relevant experience and private profiles thinking that people shouldn't give feedback on what they care about just sound like really sad individuals.

Ruthless had a lot of amazing changes this league, some of which were directly the result of player feedback. No reason we shouldn't share what we find unfun in the game mode purely designed for people who want this specific kind of fun.

"aspirational enough"? Lot's of ruthless players did slap all the pinnacles during the alpha and beta and that with a way harder version of ruthless and way less player power as you get now in the current version.
Killing the ubers with the limitation of builds and gear options is what you can truly call aspirational but everything else below that isn't really much of a challenge cause you can slap most of the stuff on a "budget" even in ruthless.
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

How many times you killed ubers on pathfinder or assassin in HC Ruthless? Oh wait...

Why would that matter? oh wait.. it doesn't matter in any way. Shocking I know.

All the haughty "HC or HC ruthless" mentality is kinda cute hoho

Isnt the relevant question as to whether the 8/8 should be comparable to the 40/40 in difficulty? If the rewards are the same then IMO they should be. So either give those rewards at less than x/x or make it easier.
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
