What is the real purpose behind each Ban order?

What is the real purpose behind each Ban order? Many gamers have deposited a lot of money into the game, or spent a lot of effort, and were banned without knowing the main reason for being banned. Many streamers who contributed to the POE community were banned just because of using Awakened POE Traded without a form of warning or reminder... The only way to appeal is to email Support@grindinggear.com to get an answer, please wait, Human rights of POE gamers is seriously violated, gamers have no voice and are not taken seriously before POE.

So uh, did you get banned? If so, do you have any idea why?

It's right that GGG bans accounts to enforce the law, but there should be a warning first before banning. Is it reasonable for many accounts to deposit a lot of money and enthusiasm? Ban them without warning or warning. Are not?

In my opinion, GGG should have a warning step, if violators exceed the limit, they will be banned, avoiding causing frustration and great damage to players.

Can you please reply with some streamers who were confirmed as being banned simply for using awakened PoE? You say many gamers are banned without a reason, then say streamers are banned just because they use awakened PoE. This paragraph kind of contradicts itself here. I would really like to know who got banned and why. Also, how they and more importantly, you know that it was simply for using awakened PoE trade which almost everyone uses. Including every streamer I've ever seen.

Contrary to your point, I've seen several posts on here recently with accounts less than three months old, going from "how do I use crafting materials", to "why is lab so hard" to "I have multiple mirrors with my first ever character in a game I just started, Is this build good?". And those accounts are still active. So, I think if you, or someone you know was banned, it was for RMT, or some outrageously disgusting behaviour.

no if you cheat in anyway there should be no warning straight to perma ban gtfo if you're a cheater

Are you sure they cheated or just did those things by accident? Whether it's cheating or disgusting depends on your guess, is it fair for players to have a say? And have you guys actually come up with a list of rules of things you can't do and will get banned?

Without any more context as to what happened (Asides from just using Awakened PoE, and even then, shouldn't be enough to call for a ban), can't help but feel there must be something that happened that warranted it :S

Everyone will make mistakes and everyone has a chance to do it again instead of banning them.
