What is the real purpose behind each Ban order?
I'm a weird guy and i read the EULA of many games i played, one of them is this:
" It comes with 9 parts, 2 are most common: " This is just botting " This is RMT, or any kind of trading that convert in-game currency into real life assets (Hey give me your TV for my Mirror of Kalandra in STD) If you violate their restrictions, GGG can execute clause 17: " "Benefit of the doubt" is only given to 3rd-party software that are well known cause they are not automating anything in relation to gameplay, essentially, it's either a price-checker or a trading message assistant (Trade site "Direct Whispers" is the same thing) If you think you are wrongfully banned, execute clause 32: " Appeal for a Unban Request, but Clause 17 also give GGG the rights to not disclose the reasoning behind your ban: " TL;DR: They can only ban you if you have violated their restrictions, saying "I'm not RMT/Botting" is not a justifiable defense cause in reality, they have logs, data, actions from your account in their Database/Servers, those are Evidences from their sides. You need to provide evidence that you are not violating clause 7 if you are wrongfully banned in order for them to give you a 2nd chance (in accordance to Clause 32). We and GGG are tied to a contract (EULA) by playing PoE, they are just using the rights that is in the Contract. Don't make excuses, use your contract to solve the problems |

" Do you really need a warning to not cheat, RMT or use exploits? You can't be serious The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
" Many people don't want to cheat, their actions are unfortunately mistaken, if there is an immediate warning, they will not repeat it to avoid being banned. RMT will definitely be banned. |
Ban RMT people, please don't Ban people who accidentally make mistakes. Everyone deserves a second chance
" That is just... I can't... You seem oblivious to the ramifications of what you suggest. So in your opinion, anyone should be able to create an account and use this "get out of jail free card" to do RMT once, get off easy with a warning and continue on? Do you yet see how such a system is just ripe for abuse? I know that common sense is not all that common after all, but as the old saying goes: play stupid games, win stupid prizes The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

" There is no second chance for RMT people, but you should give a chance to those who make other mistakes by accident or warn them so they don't repeat it. |
Well, nah. :)
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

" As the use of "Third Party Software" can warn them when they use it for the first time, they will be banned if they continue to violate the law? |
If there is no warning, will they continue to use it until they get banned?
