So with every day and since they haven't shown it yet, hope fades :) Or maybe it's a complete and utter shit.... Anyways.

RF is not an aura, it's an AOE spell.

I'm sure there is at least 1 alt qual for it, otherwise the nerf makes no sense. I do get GGG does nonsensical stuff, but that would be to much even for them.

If I have both of the following modifiers together how will they interact?

The admiral picks the lowest possible resistance and calculates that for all of my elemental damage.

Wild strike of extremes treats all elemental resistances as inverted.

Are the inverted elemental resistance values apply before the admiral is applied?

Or is the admiral applied before elemental resistances are inverted?

If the admiral is applied second then this is good for builds, but if the admiral applies first then it is bad for builds.

how does meteor golem work? the area damage is based on minion life? is the burning ground based on minion life? do they scale with player damage or minion damage? how much damage is it?
