Please add an Arc variant specifically for scaling damage with the Decay support gem. Arc-Decay has been a playable build since before Delve, however the change the normal Arc gem kills this build off entirely.

Lacerate of Haemorraege being one handed weapon only is so uneccessary. Why would you limit one of the lowest play rate archetypes with further limitations? Is it so wrong for melee bleed to be even average for a single fucking league?
