Has trade been fixed?
" do you think there will be LESS bots trading if it becomes automated? lmao fully automated trading is gonna allow bots to fully control the market on certain items, and you will never be able to snipe an underpriced item again
" But you could catch bots much more easily. Imagine someone buys at 50ms. Once? Maybe the auctionhouse just refreshed and you wanted to buy the least pricey deal and clicked that instead. Once its ok. But you do this 100 times a minute? Banhammer byee
Trading is fine, in fact it's the best trading i've experienced for an arpg.
AH sounds cool but has it's cons, not better than trading website in many aspects Last edited by Rikku on Dec 8, 2023, 3:51:15 AM

Only way to fix trading/botting is to remove trade, like d3. But that's not why people play PoE. They're here for the trade simulator.

Bots can be killed off easily in an AH.
Simply create a "trade token" item that drops at an acceptable, yet limiting, rate from monsters and set reasonable minimum trade prices (no trades below 1c for yellows, etc...) and all is good. Legit players will have no issues, bots will not be able to gather the necessary tokens. Also RMT can be destroyed this way. |

"how is this limiting bots? bots could farm tokens very easily
"Fixed" implies broken. It's not broken. You just don't like it.

" That manifesto is not an answer but the core of the problem. |
|
It is an answer.
You might not like it but it still is their answer. |
|
" Ok, then lets be more precise: the fact that this pamphlet is their answer is the core of the problem. Better? |
