Have they put anything out to indicate a time frame or what the problem is? I saw the status saying they have a fix and are working on it but it sure would be nice to have some idea WTF is going on.....

Crash re-queue went from 5000 to 2000, people either crash less or gave up

I am on a crash loop at the moment, can't stay in game for more than a few seconds

I didn't get any crashes until they deployed the fix, now I can't even boot up the game or log into a character without it crashing on loading.
