Same issue for me, constant crashes to desktop, no error, sometimes I get application error in event viewer, but it is really useless...
I have never experienced these issues before, but since this league is has been extreme...
Sometimes it is 2 times a map, sometimes it is every 3-4 map it happens.. Somtimes it is not even due to juice... it just... boom...

Started getting this after buying a new mobo/CPU and doing a fresh install of Windows 11 and PoE.
I was able to play just fine yesterday. Now I can't play at all.

I have same problem, in 10 ritual i open my game crash in 8 , this cost me alot maps rip , this start after the last upated :/

I'm crashing like crazy as well, either crashing to desktop with no error message or getting "Disconnected, Failure to connect to instance" if I manage to go to a loading screen for the next ACT area.
I've done packcheck and even reinstalled PoE, tried DX11, Vulkan and DX12, tried disabling multithreading, nothing.
GGG devs/support we need help here.

Old PC (6 years old) - never had a problem running PoE just fine
New PC - pixelated graphics like it's 2000 and crashes within minutes of gameplay
And here I was hyped about playing PoE again after a several year break. Oh well, there are plenty of other good games.

same issue here, i built a simulacrum character but everytime i come around wave 15-20 my game just crashes until all my portals is gone
