Technical Support - Ping issues (Florida) - Forum

I am currently located in florida and for some reason the best ping i get is from a server in Brazil = https://ibb.co/5RHZ0Xv i have done speed tests, restarted the router, firewall is fine, nothing has worked. can anybody help me figure out why i have 150 constant ping? For some reason, it is routing us directly to Sao Paulo, THEN hopping us to D.C. This is a problem at Softlayer. GGG needs to put in a ticket and get these routes fixed. If you look at login screen, this is why Sao Paulo is the best ping of all the servers ... because they are ALL routing there first. Same here. I'm rerolling since I can't play in maps and have had this exact issue throughout the campaign, however I noticed if I get to a waypoint and reset until I get my normal ping the entire instance seems fine.	Posted by Miggaletoe on Dec 11, 2023, 8:34:41 PM Quote this Post
