Ping issues (Florida)

I'm sitting in Jacksonville, Florida (Comcast) logging between Texas / DC servers after about 2 minutes and jumping into maps, my latency box starts looking like a "picket fence" then ... that amazing 3k ping that literally locks up the game causing either game crash or death.

There is a 70+ thread about this and more server issues, yet no official response by the company. What's funny is that if I stand still... 32 ping, once I move 200+ ping and the game jiggles like a drunk hooker.

It is frustrating,
It is sad,
It is maddening
It is depressing... imagine if I spent 60 bucks on a supporter pack to not be able to play this game?

Please, GGG, say something!
