No-no you have to indulge in a chore to get rewarded as if it is not enough to work in real life. You also need to work in game to get currency to then have fun.

That's another issue unto itself though
I really don't wanna have to message 20 different people to get a bunch of sextants/scarabs, follow a boring meta MF build, then run the same map over and over all day long, do the same exact strategy every time, and use an excel to calculate profits
I really just wanna chill, kill monsters and have fun
This whole thing is very unfun and people making crazy money this way just screws the rest of the player base by inflating prices

Playing for fun is fine. Demanding same reward as those who put all the effort into it while doing NOTHING, is not fine. How people can be this entitlted...

If you do the bare minimum in game you can't expect great rewards.
You'd still complain how the big league players get more currency and you should make same amount without putting in effort

I never said I expect the same outcome but I do expect at least some drops. I am playing RF, I do a lot of maps, logbooks and delving. But I barely got enough to switch to an Utula setup. I see almost 0 drops. I am not waiting to see t0 uniques or a divine in every map but you know at least 4-6 divines per week would be great, yeah

You simply dont know how to make currency in this game. Even running alch & go on yellow/red maps WITHOUT current league mechanic can make you enough money to have great gear in few days. I dont know about Delve, since I didnt touch it in years, but expedition can be insane money if you know what you are doing. Find league mechanic you like, research how to make money from it, and do that. Once you get enough currency from that, you can add extra stuff on top of it, to make even more.
Knowledge. Thats what you are missing. Not "streamer client".

Lol some drops when you won't put in the effort? Here's the streamer effort okay along with any other person who knows what they're doing.

1) Scarab set up with Sextant setup conjunction with Atlas
2) Proper Char efficiency CPH

Your entire setup is literally just Alch and go that's it; That's literally it.

Meanwhile group I'm in whom I'm not exactly playing with cause I've been busy are just solo players they're not grouping together there just doing the base min of how to do things. They all have mageblood and do you know how they did it?

I just told you in addition to the fucking league mechanic.

If you want AT LEAST WANT SOME DROPS? Do at least a beginning setup rather then expecting just ALCH AND GO WOOOOO YEEEE

People were angry (somewhat rightfully) because they couldn't play while a group of people received preferential treatment. The reason why GGG did it was so that while general server problems were being fixed people could at least watch streamers blast away on Twitch. In hindsight it was a bad decision and they publicly apologized and voiced their regrets, but some people will not let it live down and point to it as an example of why we shouldn't trust GGG.

Either way you look at it, it's been years since and clearly they learned their lesson
