Email change

Same here.

I have reported the E-mail address linked to my account is compromised 4 months ago (was part of multiple larger data breaches, shitty freemail services...). Multiple months I have been left on "read", weeks initially and on/off since.

Every time they finally respond they ask for yet another thing. Asked them to quit playing their stupid games twice and finally tell me everything they need. They didn't stop sending breadcrumbs and having me run around to collect more information. [Removed by Support] Yada. Yada. Yada.

Now the step they're asking for is [Removed by Support] for some weird-ass reason.

That's where I have had enough. Considering to contact a lawyer at this point, they gaslight me hoping I'd just give up, while refusing to delete my account (several hundred bucks, but by now I don't give a shit, never again GGG) as they clearly aren't competent enough or able to actually do something about the problem. Which by the way is not some random gameplay issue. We're talking account safety and thereby data safety, and let's not forget other things are linked to this account too.

Funny how the all the stuff they've already asked me to provide & what they're finally asking me to do is too wild even for mods to leave it in my post.

I’m facing the exact same issue — I’ve been waiting since December of last year. The game’s support is practically non-functional. The entire process feels outdated and inefficient. There’s no proper ticketing system to track progress, assign case numbers, or know who’s handling the issue. You just send an email and hope for the best, without any confirmation that it even reached someone. Sometimes you get a reply months later — sometimes not at all.

To make matters worse, it seems like support doesn’t fully read the reports and keeps asking repetitive, generic questions, almost like an automated system. And then there’s the ridiculous verification process, which feels like it could go on forever…
