Maybe leave the orb as it is, and introduce new currency "Veiled Exalted Orb" as a substitute for present Aisling IV? they have to replace aisling, hillock etc with new crafts for doing them in syndicare safehouses. it would seem theres a reasonable chance the effect of a veiled chaos could be something a tier 3 aisling might grant from a safehouse bench and a tier 4 could grant 2 uses of. The best QOL change would be to nerf Tornado Shot, Deadeye and Magic Find... And also remove the 500% enraged strongbox sextant like you did Nemesis 3. And also maybe remove Crimson Temple from the Atlas for once. And lower Valdo's Boxes and Reliquary Keys drop rates... finding chase items inside a box just isn't fun, and they become too common hence devalued. I know Affliction greatly enhanced their availability but still, nowadays everything is obtained through Divinations Cards, Boxes or Keys : which honestly is simply bad game design. Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks simply isn't fun.
