I still haven't narrowed it down to which file is the problem, but I suspect it is the Update.dat file which also resides in this folder. I usually don't have any problems until that shows up, but when it does I have to do the whole move Content.ggpk/uninstall/reinstall/launch/exit/move Content.ggpk back/launch circus again.
