In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
how so? being able to melee a screen and a half away was semi unbalanced which i think is what led them to fixing the aoe scaling?

it's a known "bug"? that incinerate gains stages at roughly half the speed that flameblast does despite both having the same cast speed and very similar description. Is this an intended mechanic for incinerate?
with the new tranfigured version there seems to be a lot of emphasis on getting to max stages either to reach peak damage while channelling or being able to release the final wave much faster.
Can there be a clarification on this? if it's intended maybe clarifying in the skill description, otherwise consider fixing if it's a bug?
why nerf Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing before the gem even comes out? why change it from consuming 6 to 8 flask charges and gain added chaos damage equal to 30% of flask's recovery amount down to 15% that kind sucks.
can we get clarification on the kinetic blast gem? do the explosions work the same way as default KB or are they randomly placed inside the circle?

Galvanic Field of Intensity can only hit the same target once every 0.8 seconds. It will hit a new target every 0.3 seconds if possible.


Can you PLEASE not leave awkward numbers like this? You are buffing it, buff the single target too!

Let it hit the same target every 0.6 seconds!!!!

GGG u can delete the cast when stunned gem as you disabled the ability to ever get stunned on a purpose, so why leave the gem in?

No Holy relic build dead now... it now has a 2 sec cooldown ( previously 1sec) so now you deal 50% less dmg with it.
