Necromancer Bone Barrier very bugged (no leech, no ES on minions, videos included)

The Bone Barrier is still bugged while using the forbidden flesh and forbidden flames as the effects i am getting is the same as detailed in the original post.
I am not a high tier player so i don't have enough to confirm the difference between using the ascendency tree vs jewels. | |

Finally got Forbidden Flash and Forbidden Flame with the passive for my Witch...but the Bone Barrier doesn't seem to work with Spiders summoned by Arkaali Fang, life leech is at the same amount as it was before. | |

I had the 40% ES on my minions initially after taking Bone Barrier yesterday. I could see the ES bar on the minions and thought it was fine. Today no minion ES?
Is the BB bug intermittent or? I do not have Eldritch Battery. | |
