Failed to connect to instance - when entering a map

today I encountered this bug twice: I´ve opened up a map and when trying to enter the portal, the loading screen takes half a minute or so and then I get disconnected with the error message "Failed to connect to instance".
When returning to the game, no portal was used up, but trying again only leads to another disconnect.

first, this happened when trying to play courtyard, rare map, nothing else in the map device.
second, this happened with a map from a Kirac Mission.

other maps worked fine today and in the past couple days as well.

I was stuck today too, couldn't enter my hideout. I turn off all my mtx and restarted the game seem to work for my hideout but a specific Vaal area was still kicking me out.

Just happened to me too, just did several maps, then next ones just aren't possible to enter, changing gateways didn't help. Entering a portal just leads to a loading screen followed by a disconnect (failed to join instance) and the portal doesn't get consumed.

Same there. Opened PORT map- can`t enter- loading screen and then Failed to connect to Instance.
after few re-logs- I can`t enter My Hideout anymore- same error.
Changed server- I can enter My Hideout- but not map.

same here today.

Alluring Abyss failed to load, changed to a Strand Map but still fail to load.
I suppose it's related to my HO because I can Delve or join other zone.
