Who decided to drop a patch during the Steam downtime? Steam needs to cut that crap out in the first place, but you guys could have avoided this mess by just delaying the patch for an hour or two. Absolutely unacceptable

Ok, who's the "GGGenius" who decided to deploy a patch during Steam routine weekly maintenance... You couldn't have waited a couple of hours or did it couple of hours ago? "BRILLIANT"!!!

I've downloaded the new patch and now every time the game validates the patch I get an error message that there is a new patch and therefore it must be shut down and updated again. However, there is no update but just a constant validation of files.
