Massive Network Problems / Framedrops
I had the same issues some years ago with Telekom and Vodafone, mostly from 17:00 to 21:00. I switched to a local small ISP, and the issues are gone.
Did you try a VPN? There are some you can try for free for a short time, like CyberGhost, ...
" We tested Telekom, Vodafone and 1&1. So far, all got the same issue. Telekom wrote to me, that the issue is the backrouting from PoE Server to Telekom where they can't do anything about, PoE needs another Route. VPN is not a solution for me, simply because i'm doing things beside, like listening to Music or watching films and many of these services doesn't allow VPN. Most VPN i've had struggled with split connections. Beside that, a VPN should not be the Solution for a Game to be played. What really pisses me off right now is that GGG doesn't care for a known issue over years. Check Reddit, alot of European, mostly German people have this problem on and off and as i stated below, i got this problem already 8 Years ago. "
I got the same issues described here aswell. The only thing that I found is that any time I join a new instance its a 50/50 wether I will lag or not during peak time. Sometimes I have to rejoin a map 3-4 times until I have a playable ping w/o any kind of rubberbanding. That's the case for not just maps but any zone that needs a loading screen. What I find weird is, that you join a new instance server every time, even if the instance is still the same from before.
Got 2 WinMTR logs from me standing in my hideout. Once I'm lagging the other time its just fine. https://pastebin.com/vEejzjBG <- Laggy hideout https://pastebin.com/LQZgYWXd <- normal hideout What I forgot to mention: I am from germany aswell and have Telekom as my ISP and the problem started this league for me. Last time I played during Necropolis I never had any kind of issues and nothing changed here. Still same ISP/Router/PC etc. Last edited by Sauercroud on Aug 6, 2024, 11:07:58 AM

" Of course, a VPN is not meant to be a solution. I just wanted you to test your connection with it. A VPN can offer alternative routes that are more efficient than the standard routes provided by the ISP. This can lead to a more stable and faster connection. |
