keyboard won't come up on character name screen and unable to name character for league. PS5

Looks like the keyboard is broken everywhere. You can log into existing characters on console, but can't enter chat or search.

I am on xbox 1. Me and my brother are both having same issue in 2 different states.

I think league charakters are locked and get unlocked in 35 min.
