Latency problems (EU)

It getting worse every league...
Here's a trace from an instance that had the issue: https://pastebin.com/Gz9d8WCu

Paris seems to avoid the problematic route for me so far. Playing on Texas also works - I have 140 ms ping there, but at least it's consistent. A stable 140 is still better than wild swings between 30 and 5000 (and certainly better than random disconnects or instance crashes that cost me the map).

Same problem here on EU servers, but getting worse these past 2 days, lag spikes from 20 to 300...

The issue is that its out of GGG's hands, in most cases.
The issue is between your internet provider and the servers..

You should complain to your internet provider..it wouldnt do much though.
YOu could fix the issue with a VPN, would fix the issue for all the guys in the thread.
^ I don't buy this. If it were one specific ISP having problems with whatever company GGG uses for hosting their servers it'd be one thing. But it's a shitload of different ones. GGG is paying for some El Cheapo hosting that can't properly route traffic from a bunch of users of any given ISP. If it had more incoming traffic from yours, you'd be having the same problem. Stop being a shill and open your eyes.
Same here. All EU servers like mudy! unplayable
I'm experiencing severe lag spikes on EU servers that make Path of Exile unplayable for me. This issue has persisted for several leagues now, and I'm at a loss for solutions.

My Experience:
EU servers are currently unplayable, especially during league starts
Forced to play on US servers with 100+ ping as a workaround
Tried numerous solutions: proxies, different ISPs, switching between ethernet/WiFi

Key Concerns:
Why does PoE struggle with EU server stability when other games work fine?
Why hasn't GGG released an official statement addressing these ongoing issues?
Blaming ISPs doesn't seem to be the answer, given the widespread nature of the problem

PoE is an incredible game, but these persistent server issues are seriously impacting the player experience. GGG, please prioritize fixing these server problems - your EU player base is suffering.

Has anyone else found a reliable solution to these EU server lag spikes?
