How can they be so incompetent to handle these situations? Why don't they just ban everyone who abuses it? And I who played fair for more than 14 hours a day, seeing these things, what should I do? Every league is always the same bullshit. Disappointing.

Have you disabled all scarabs from dropping? Im am fully invested into scarabs and cant find a single one, even in red maps.
