After losing first kirac mission, he is bugged, no new kirac missions for free

After losing first kirac mission, he is bugged, his icon is gray on the map device, sells only lv1 1 or 2 maps and there are no new kirac missions for free ever.

Please note that i failed the first kirak mission. Maybe this is why?

the workaround from 3.24 was to use the free kirak missions and successfully complete one.

So @ GGG can you give one free white mission so that i can complete to fix this?

Same problem here. No kirac missions regardless of how many maps i complete.

I was going to make a post, but this already exists. I also have 0 kirac missions, I've put some points into % chance but so far no luck and typically I end up with more of these than I even use in previous leagues - so I'm guessing it's bugged for me as well.
