Bug or intended?

Send out three ships.
I check their timers and see one with just a '-' dash (no timer), so I go back to the dock and check... Sure enough one of my ships is sitting there empty as if it had never been loaded or sent. No pirate encounter, no failure message, just... nothing. WTF? Patch Notes 3.15: Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment. I am actually getting this i believe but not often
Ive had it atleast 2 or 3 times now where i send all 3 come back when all 3 would be rdy and only 1 or 2 has loot the others were like i never sent them in the first place when i know i did | |

That happened to me today. Dunno what the deal was. I'm stockpiling resources and only sending out 2 Verisium bar shipments so it doesn't matter at the moment. Hopefully it isn't eating people's resources.

This bug is starting to get ridiculous. No error message, nothing, just empty ships.

Pretty sure I've encountered this as well. I assumed it was me doing something but a few times I've sent 3 ships and returned to see one was just docked and had no supplies loaded up. Unsure if material stock levels were removed or returned. There is a chance that I haven't clicked set sail or something, but was fairly certain that at least one time all three were sailing and one did not complete and had no loot or error/risk encountered state. It's not very often, haven't seen it in the last few days but think I've encountered it about 3 times out of about 100.
