You made obvious use of a third party that's officially not allowed or did some Rmt.
Idk I don't work at GGG so only you can tell the exact reason of why they banned you cause they sure won't share the information public.

I have used Filter Blade, Wealthy Exile, Awakened POE, and Path of Building - and nothing else. Tens of thousands of players that are NOT banned have used the same four. You are probably using a few of those as well. I do not believe that any of those are bannable offenses. If they were, a better strategy than banning me without warning might have been to just write me a message and say, "Hey, we don't like Filter Blade...please don't use it or we will ban you."

I guarantee you I would have stopped, but instead they just ban you without warning - and they don't even tell you why. That's really a bad way to operate.

I would gladly turn off anything GGG doesn't like and issue a public apology if they would just unban me, but they say they won't do that.

We should be careful in life not to cast judgement where we do not know it to be deserved.

We don't have to believe him but we don't get to say he's guilty because we don't know and the same goes for if he is Innocent.

In the off chance this is real personally I'm here advocating for GGG to patch the holes in their system to avoid people being unjustly punished with no appeal.

GGG pushed out the ban hammer, so it's not hard to say that it was deserved.

You sure buddy? You can google for 2 seconds and see a lot of unjustified or wrongful bans from plenty of devs fuck ups. Devs are people, people are fallible. PoE devs are not exempt from being fallible. It's time to stop with the blind faith, because it helps no one.

Thank you for stating the obvious. Yes, screw ups CAN and Do happen. The problem is, when they DO happen, there is no way to do anything about it...you're just screwed!!! GGG "Customer Support" will not listen and help you at all.

Anyone got any ideas for how I can get my ban reversed?

Sue GGG if you're really innocent and have the money to survive the legal fees, I personally cant afford that, My stupid Tormentor supporter pack is the extent of my expendable income which only serves as a reminder to the 30 day ban i got just after buying it, of all the times for GGG to make a mistake this had to have been the absolute worst possible timing, I was already upset with GGG but i bought the pack because i still had hope for where things could go.

That timing is crazy. I had never bought a Supporter Pack in the four years I played POE, but I got banned the day after I bought mine as well. Could there be a connection? Could a supporter pack purchase trigger a faulty ban?
