Cant Rescue or Ransom Mappers

My mappers got kidnapped and the rescue button did not spawn a portal.
Also the Ransom sum is not shown. I spent like two weeks to get those all Tier X mappers...am I just supposed to Abandon them? If so fk this mechanic. Did you check behind Isla when the portal spawned? Someone else posted a video with the same issue, but the portal was just offscreen. Unfortunately I think the instance has probably reset by now so I assume there's no way to rescue them anymore if the portal is not there now
Cannot help with the ransom option. They patched being able to see the real value needed to pay the ransom, but have not failed them yet to see for myself, luckily. Yeah i checked. Done the boss several times before. also ran around the whole area several times to check. At least knowing how much i have to save up would be kinda nice :D

additional info: as long as i have gold on my char i cant even hover the "ransom" button. when i got 0 gold on my char and all in the bank it says "insufficient gold"... my god this is fucked up |
