Awakening scarab for anarchy does not drop the fractured items

Using the Horned scarab of awakeneing for Anarchy does not cause rogue exiles to drop ANY fractured items.
In the image below there are enough rare items dropped on the ground to lag the game when I attempt to alt and at the very least more than can fit on screen, all dropped from rogue exiles. Not a single fractured item has dropped. This is true for every rogue exile in the map.  My scarab setup is 1 titanic, 2 anarchy of gigantification, 1 anarchy, and the horned scarab itself. Map is placed into bottom midle slot so that should not be the cause. It was a t17 Fortress map. In the screenshot it is also possible to see that the map does say that items dropped by rogue exiles have a chance to drop fractured. Did you place awakening scarab in bottom slot of device? There was a bug, where awakening scarab didnt display imbued options.. maybe there are some issues with that.

I am aware of that bug and make sure to always put map in the bottom slot. In fact, I do explicitly mention it in the report.

I can confirm this is true. I walked the entire T17 map I ran and checked the map mods to make sure it said 20% fracture chance and dropped 0 fractured items from all of the rogue exiles.
Horned Scarab of Tradition also does not work. With or without the scarab all of the loot is still generic and not getting transformed. |

Still not working in standard. I have tried rogue exiles from strongboxes and the giant rogue exiles. None drop fractured items. Seeing that scarab farming was massively nerfed can this get added to the next bug patch? It is working as intended for other imbued crafts just not Anarchy. |

I verified by pressing alt and checking all loot, has nothing to do with loot filter.
