Also having issues with SOME blight encounters, usually when a lot of mobs are on screen and my bleed pops them all at the same time my game decides to take a dump and CTD.

Only happened in juiced maps, blighted maps themselves are fine its just the encounters, likely a bad interaction with a map modifier, my build, settings, MTX or all of the above.

Next time it happens ill try to remember to check event viewer that should give me a big clue on what is actually happening with the game, as only the game crashes but my pc is fine as during the crash all other PC functions operate normally (like audio eg. discord and music via web browser is unaffected) my working theory is the game simply cannot handle the calculations that happen during certain blight encounters.
