Campaign Done, Now What
Yeah if your hitting a wall in the game, it can be sometimes better to just farm an easier area until your ready to progress. This is not always the case, but in POE for example, it may be better to farm an easier area than the highest level you have available, if your not progressing.
I don't tend to fam the lab much around your level. Sometimes I might, but usually I would be doing maps, or if I'm struggling on my build, farming a few extra levels in act 10. At level 74 your starting to get to the point where you need to be in maps to progress. So may need to improve the build a bit if that is difficult. Not sure if the character you are playing is fire storm or ice nova, but there will certainly be a lot of improvements you can make that will make it easier. It should be possible for you to get your character to a point where it can easily clear white maps. The town isn't particularly rewarding early on. It takes a lot of set up to get it working. It might be interesting though. Don't know how much trading your doing, but you also have access to the new currency exchange there. It's not necessary to use, so if you don't like it try something else. There's probably about 20 other types of content that you likely haven't encountered much yet. | |
Didn't read everyone's responses but do these, is about this order:
1. Fix your Auras. You should have a major aura (50% reservation cost) supported by Eternal Blessing support. You can have a secondary minor aura supported by Arrogance support if you want (fixed reservation cost, like clarity) Options for major Aura: Purity of Elements - will fix any ele resist issues you have and make entry level gearing easier. Provides ele ailment immunity. Downside is you want to eventually not use this, to will create resist problems later as you go to swap. Wrath/Zealotry- primary main auras for Icenova, DPS focused Grace/Determination- defense focused 2. Fix your flask. You have instant leech, you dont need 2 life flask. Keep 1 life flask, and craft it to be instant/near instant and removes corrupted blood . you can drop that as well once you get corrupted blood immunity. For your other flask, you have lots of options. Quicksilver- good quality of life, helps get out of the way of stuff Jade- Evasion is nice Silver- Onslaught adds dps and quality of life movespeed Sulpher- dps and some health regen from conc ground Ameythst- good way to help with chaos resist Once you get a decent set of flask (get a prefix that either makes them last longer or refills them when you are hit, and a prefix that is useful and a decent tier) then make sure you quality them and enchant them to use when charges reach full. this way you will get the effect basically all the time when fighting 3. Go do your 4th labyrinth trial. You need to pick up Sanctuary of Thought. (make sure you got your bleed flask first) “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.” Last edited by Piousqd on Sep 27, 2024, 3:32:00 PM

" Why not laby ? Especially before Alvarius Mk2 of course, but then even after Kitava Mk2 and THe Slap (tm) : unlike in maps, where you can get stuck on your level with only a few deaths, but still progress, in laby you're incentivized to not die at all ! And you probably need those quality gem increases at that point anyway... |
