No way, you are sacrificing PoE1 for PoE2 still even though you decided to make them two separate games and think you can actually run two games in the one studio!

Worst decision ever, since POE 2 is being delayed, POE 3.26 should be released instead and not delayed any longer. The seasons are now far too long and now it's getting extreme...

So they not only delayed to the last minute to push back poe2, ruining the pto I put in and cant return because they waited so last minute, but they then decide to keep boat league going longer, AND then as some sort of the worst band-aid you've ever heard of, decided to do an "event" which is the most boring mechanic of one of the worst leagues I've ever played? Sorry that was a run on sentence. The bullshit list seems to run on as well.

Some might be a little disheartened by these news, but personally I never got around to playing Kalguur, so this will be a fun way to give it a shot finally! This period takes me back to when legacy league was around, which was also sort of a dull that I ended up enjoying immensely. Path of Exile is just always so fun, even without much new content! PoE 2 HYPE!

No Endless Delve or Heist even. And even Ruthless players got NOTHING.
What a shame. It's a real shame what you, GGG, done for end year holidays.

Three years without a half decent league with proper extra content. Instead either loot showers or power creep to mask the lack of actual content.
Three years without endgame expansion. No, no and no! Pinacle bosses with Gauntlet mods, aka Ubers, is not endgame expansion no matter how hard you will try to paint it that way.
Three years of reading and clicking same old altars. Which btw disrupt the game flow so badly that I am exhausted by even thinking about inserting another map into the device.
Three years of blindly buying supporter packs in good faith because historically GGG always had our backs and naturally GGG would have eventually done right by us. They would, right? Surely GGG would make a huge endgame expansion for poe1 right before poe2 early access launch, right? Surely this would be the way to compensate us for 3 years of GGG skating on a thin layer of our borrowed trust. Surely this would be the proper way to capitalize, right? Making a huge good will PR stunt and therefore incentivising players to spend money on early access to beta test their new poe2 game, right?
Let it sink in.
After three years of nearly religious loyalty we get 7 months extended delayed league and a singular event which is not even an event but a parallel league restart with a mini loot shower twist. Basically a slap in the face.

I knew there would be lots of people complaining about this the moment I saw it, I knew it would make sense to pull their resources together to get PoE2 up to snuff, and a lot of you are gonna bitch about it because you were really looking forward to the next league, despite it being the low effort one that would be your next Crucible anyway.

But listen, PoE2 launch is being prioritized because a game's launch is more important than anything else in terms of gaining traction and doing well. A terrible launch means the non autistic players who don't follow PoE religiously like we do, won't find the game and GGG doesn't get its money back, and then the company as a whole goes in the shitter and both games are dead.

So please think of the greater picture and be patient.
