Thank you for transparency, a fresh breath having played Lost Ark where even regular updates take 8 hour maintenances that get extended multiple times and still end up with bugged patches with no explanation :D

I was irritated by the Sony delay, which was never claimed to be as such until the very end where you had to go back on your words in regards to Sony's side of mtxes

But honestly, I can't even be mad after reading this post, this makes about 95% sense besides the fact that it was only investigated for 15 minutes, but I suppose budgets are tight

Thanks for the transparency. As a developer myself, I understand that issues like these can happen even with the best of preparations.

And in your case you are probably in the midst of an incredible crunch trying to get PoE2 ready at the same time.

I'm sure it's a pretty stressful time.
