macOS client keeps crashing

I'm running client 3.25.3b and still crash

If GGG is focusing on PoE 2 and this is the kind of support macOS users will get, regardless of whether it's PoE or PoE2, that's not good at all.

PoE2 PC > PoE PC > PoE macOS

To make matters worse, I have an old MacBook (late 2018). I never complained about the frame rate because I blamed my machine, but there are people who complain about the frame rate and playing on an M3 using Rosetta.
I was never able to play this league on Intel iMac.

Don't get your hopes up for a POE2 Mac version as there was NO Mac systems listed in the Beta survey for testing !

I have uninstalled POE and moved to other games. Just came back to see IF things were fixed....not !
There is no POE 2 for Mac on EA day 1, and they will focus on POE 2 first, and then POE 1

So, you will:

Buy a PC/PS5/Xbox

Or keep asking thing that GGG promised(tm)/soon(tm) to deliver (POE 2 mac) but not today

As of this moment the issue still persists. /dnd works but the game still crashes at times. When someone invites me into a party the first time even with /dnd on, the game will crash. If I ever send out a trade request it will crash. The game has also crashed after I died with /dnd on.

It's not so you'll buy a PC, it's because the mac gaming community is a lot smaller than that of the PC, PS5, and XBox. Linux isn't even supported natively you have to use Proton. Why is that because the linux gaming community isn't that large either. So they don't get prioritized, and neither do you.

So give me a reason why GGG is not investing money on fixing POE 2 EA and instead spent on POE 1?

Or if you admit the market size is small, all you wish is GGG have ball to announce mac is no longer supported , instead of saying they "promised" to support Mac in POE 2 soon (tm; which is may be a few years), and will redirect POE 2 resources .

Linux is never supported but they use Intel/AMD chip, and their emulation software is well maintained by third parties which in turn "support" many games, and GGG never need to response these thread that saying POE can't run in Linux .

What's wrong with you? "So give me a reason why GGG is not investing money on fixing POE 2 EA and instead spent on POE 1?" They are investing money in POE1, and they are investing money in POE 2 as well. There's two games now, that are going to be running side by side. "Or if you admit the market size is small, all you wish is GGG have ball to announce mac is no longer supported , instead of saying they "promised" to support Mac in POE 2 soon (tm; which is may be a few years), and will redirect POE 2 resources." The market size is small for Mac and linux, yet they still support mac. They said there going to, they're probably going to, the game itself is only getting bigger, bringing in more money. "Linux is never supported but they use Intel/AMD chip, and their emulation software is well maintained by third parties which in turn "support" many games, and GGG never need to response these thread that saying POE can't run in Linux." You know Macs don't only use apple silicon, there's macs that have intel cpus in them and amd gpus. They can use boot camp to run windows and play like normal, or probably just play normally.
Unless you have contact all Mac user and everyone bought a $480 packs as well as saying if the devs won't fix it asap like a month or less, everyone will call the bank to charge back, to make a point that mac user are whale that pay for devs salary, Otherwise GGG actually say it very loud they are focus on Poe 2 (all pathform except Mac), and then ship Poe 2 EA to Mac soon(tm), and the will redirect resource back to Poe 1.

You can see they don't bother to fix Taste of Hate wrong status icon text, can't ether Hidden Underbelly in the event league, or monster stuck in league mechanic in The Fetid Pool.

To sum up, make a way to show Mac is the centre of the world, or just move on.

Somethings very wrong going with you. "Unless you have contact all Mac user and everyone bought a $480 packs as well as saying if the devs won't fix it asap like a month or less, everyone will call the bank to charge back, to make a point that mac user are whale that pay for devs salary." You sound like an entitled person who thinks you are owed everything. Hate to break it to you that's not the case. "Otherwise GGG actually say it very loud they are focus on Poe 2 (all pathform except Mac), and then ship Poe 2 EA to Mac soon(tm), and the will redirect resource back to Poe 1." They already have said it, it's in their early access faq. Not only that, but there's different types of macs which makes it more difficult, macs on apple silicon and macs on intel and amd chips. I'd go on and assume that you probably have to make two different versions or figure out someway to get them both to work on the same client, which probably isn't easy, probably takes some time. Which is why they're probably taking their time to do it, on top of the fact that it's a small portion of the entire pool of gamers.
"Unfortunately Path of Exile 2 will not be available on MacOS at the start of Early Access, but we’re keen to add support for this platform as soon as possible."
