Up to this point it has been, and it's been a mess, some people waiting many months to get the items.
So while GGG eat the cost it's not free, and that means that they have been trying to get the best service for the money, which is where it's failing.
So now that they are pushing for a more reliable and quicker delivery they have to put the cost on the buyer.

I've never had any issues. Obviously YMMV and other people have had issues, and its enough to make them (GGG) switch fulfillers, just putting forth my experience.

My issue might lie in clarity in this post. If the shipping costs had previously been accounted for and baked into the price point of the packs that included physical items, why not increase the price point of packs to account for the average increase to ship each item using said fulfiller. I don't really mind paying an additional x% so that all other POE pack enjoyers have a better experience

Am I paying for 100% of the shipping and still paying the same amount per pack? That would be a cash grab and not "just" aiming to provide a better service to areas that were lacking. This is not something my wallet would support.

I can honestly say if I am directly paying for the shipping (for any product, not just POE packs), I am less inclined to purchase. I use Amazon Prime, I use Walmart+. Any place I shop that offers me a way to subvert paying directly for shipping I will use over their competitors that don't. Obviously this is different than a grocery store or Amazon, but it still doesn't feel good to pay for shipping.

This is also coming from someone living in the US and will probably pay far less than the increase that will be seen by most, as I believe distribution starts in the US.

Bake it in to the packs.

Agree. Additional payment for delivery is not a better expirence. It's very unpleasant that it probably appears on the package that I'll take.

I wish the new company will make shipping better. Waiting for months for things to get dispatched is really sad, especially when that's only the first step of the process, and usually the quickest. I have bought the pack with the hoodie and shirt on August 5, and haven't received even a tracking number yet.

I fear the new prices, with shipping and taxes included, might be too high for some countries (Brazil, for example). Are you planning on having supporter packs that are *only* the physical items (i.e. Merch Store)? I don't feel like anyone should need to buy so much digital stuff just to be able to get a hoddie, and even if I want everything, I'd rather make two separate orders for that.

I really hope you find the best way to keep fans all around the world supporting the game.

Honestly I don't really care about the waiting time (and it took months in my case) as long as those physical items arrive. For me those were very high quality, loved them and I will want more. +instead of paying for shipping (EU) i'd give that money to GGG
