Well, I can imagine the number of accounts they need to go back and verify isn't small. But if you bought a pack today or yesterday then it automatically gets it.
This is a known complication in the tech industry where hundreds of thousands or even millions of records need to be updated to be compatible with a new field in the table of a query library.

just now got my access mail. if u bought a pack already you get an extra key which is great (if u did not then u just get direct access without a key)

it is working ggg answered in Q/A that they just need to wait for keys to be sent out but instead people refuse to read and then cry so yeah they are entitled

Bro anyone can literally look at my account page and see the spends. They have this data in a database, it's not rocket science. Converting currencies takes 3 seconds on excel.
They absolutely know exactly which accounts are whales and probably count them quarter to quarter. What planet are you living on, they're just being lazy/weird by not doing it immediately.
Which is especially silly given that these are literally their best customers and the people they most want to retain, why antagonize them needlessly with such a simple thing?
Easy there Gen Z'er. You'll get your key before launch. Not everything requires instant gratification.
