Currency Auto pickup

The amount of people here trying to argue points like "Think about the timelimits" or "Slippery Slop this Slippery Slop that" is insane.
As if we are asking GGG to reinvent the wheel or something

We are asking for features that do not give meaningful Game/Market benefits but tons of QoL stuff.

To asnwer in the spirit of "be happy with what you have" is almost as pointless as posting it in the first place.

Sure, lets all shut up cause the World is perfect and dont you dare want anything improved you unthankful Player.

What a joke

Challenge to leave stuff behind and calling it useless loot is the same thing.

Currency is the building blocks of crafting and will always have use, so no, not the same thing in the slightest.

Also, you can't escape the fact that currency is just numbers. There's no more meaning to the 1th than there is to the 1000th since they do the same thing.

"
But then again should divines/hr be the best way to adjust everything around?

I don't think so either, but it's your prerogative to assume it's towards more div/h, not mine.

You're being intentionally hyperbolic and above is nothing but a strawman argument against people who disagrees with you.

But if you want something more tangible, let me give it a whirl.

While I don't have anything against auto-pickup, I just dont see how it would work practically. Most players would get thousands upon thousands of the worst currency after weeks of playing. That's why we use strict(er) loot filters, precisely because it's a) not needed and b) pointless beyond a certain point.

So unless you're also suggesting a 2nd loot filter, or that auto-pickup would respect visible groundloot vs hidden, you're just going to over-crowd your inventory/stash tabs in no time at all (after which many would probably start to complain about inventory space and that PoE is P2W because stash tabs are so mandatory now that auto-pick up is in).
Why cant the game just play itself. That is the endgame of qol beggars.

If you don't have any more arguments, remain quiet instead of insulting others for no reason.

Not begging for anything but suggesting QOL feature in the feedback and suggestion part of the forum.

Have you ever suggested anything useful?

Yes, and auto loot is not useful so this thread is useless anyways.
I think auto-pickup could work, but only if the player has control over it and it has limitations.

A long time ago now, I had this idea that they could bring back the wildwood rucksack as a currency pouch (for everyone, not MTX) that enables auto-pickup of currency that you already have in the pouch. So basically, you would put 1 of each currency that you want to auto-pickup into the pouch and then it'd just stack them up until you run out of space. Basically, it could save you from having to click on currency that drops all the time, but you'd have to manually pickup rarer currency and you would also need to pay attention to when the rucksack fills.

I don't know, maybe that is too good... but it's just an idea.

You missed the part were I only step to the level the discussion was at.
Im the one doing Strawman arguments?
Have you looked at what the "nay" sayers argue in this thread?

Sorry if you werent coming from a troll point with your answer but im just to tired of people posting nonsense on Suggestions and Feedbacks as if it would attack them personally.

My first ever player MMORPG in 2009 had a Lootpet that would adress each and every point im asking for.
Its insane to me to have to argue this simplest of QoL Features in 2024 still.

A Filter for Lootpets/Autoloot would be the easiest to set up. I know cause that was possible within 3 hours of DEV time for the Game of 2009. So not even that is anything unreasonable to ask.
There is also something called the "Off Button", a nifty feature for anything thats to much. So overcrowded inventory wont be any issue at all.

Im just tired of this non sense back and forth about topics that benefit those who would want it and doesnt impact those who dislike it when done.
