That's an interesting question.

While your guild may not transfer over, your mtx should, and guild mtx are still mtx. I would expect that guild stash tabs would carry over like any other stash tabs. I haven't heard anyone ask about guilds in any of the last week's round of interviews, though.

That is good question, I'd even expect it in FAQ.
Anyone with guild surely cares about this.

Seconding this and adding that if same account is guild leader in both PoE1 & 2 guilds, would it be possible to move guild points balance from PoE1 guild to PoE2 guild?

I'm also interested in this. To be clear, I'm fine with purchasing stash tabs for the guild and whatever else may be relevant, I would just like to know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
