Same issue for me, I wrote them a mail for now, let's see when they answer. Figure they might be swarmed these days with issues but I hope they can bring some clarity.

Would love to be able to download and listen to the POE2 soundtrack as I work. Keeps me in the zone!

I was just baited into buying the EA supporter pack twice, because the first one I bought on Steam where it didn't mention the soundtrack is included. And since I only saw POE1 soundtrack in my account, I bought another supporter pack using the in-game shop, because it mentioned I would get the OST. But I still only have the POE1 soundtrack to download. If it's the POE1 soundtrack that is included in POE2 supporter pack, then I think it should be *clearly* stated it's a soundtrack for another game. I do feel a little bit scammed, ngl. When I buy POE2 supporter pack inside POE2 client, it is not unreasonable to assume that "Extended Soundtrack Download" means POE2 Extended Soundtrack, not POE1... I mean, POE1 soundtrack is cool but that's not what I was expecting to get.

E: I still hope that I will get the OST eventually, maybe on full release? But even that should be made clear before the purchase.
