Path of Exile 2 Early Access Twitch Drops

Has anyone had any contact yet from them? I still haven't heard anything back and has anyone else had this problem and been resolved?

will these drops return? want the portal effect

Did twitch drops accidentally on one account, but bought game on another, sent email, got response, sent proofs - and no answer for a month. It isn't even funny at this point, what is support doing? It doesn't look like GGG hired additional staff for email answering, whole e-mail thread is fuming with no 2nd answers.
