Map portals vanishing after 1 use.

Same issue, have done at least 3 maps with a friend, and when one of us happened to die, the portals were all gone.

Same thing after doing 1 wing in grand heist, i left to place my loot in the stash tryng to reenter and nothings there. First i thought its just some random error. Few heist later i am doing another grand heist the same thing happened, just this time i watched the portal disappear right after i left the grand heist.

Saw similar issue after latest update with level 2 dungeon mapnew map behaviors
opened map/portals Cleared final room without death, but had not finished the map. Portaled out to unload loot Portals to renter were all closed logged /bug ref if it helps 1,071,933,668 |

Same thing here. I thought i went bonkers.
Created a map, died in it, all portals gone. |

This is happening to me as well both when dying or just using a town portal.. tried different tiers all the same

Hi, we are looking into this. For the time being, you can try opening your maps from your personal hideout rather than town (and not guild hideout). It seems to only be affecting portals opened from The Karui Shores.

If anyone is stuck at Karui Shores with the maps, try getting somebody to help you run a map, complete it so you can unlock the map device for your hideout.
That way, you don't lose all the portals by running the maps in your hideout and dying there. If you need help getting the map device unlocked for your hideout, give me a shout (my damage is kinda abysmal though). |

Just used 3 Atlas Maps but all of it closed after I died once/used a town portals.
