How to get the EA on PS5 ?

Same issue I have with one of my buddies, he bought the founders pack on poe website but doesn't own a pc and planned on playing on console, now to be able to download the game on the ps store you have to pay $30 now.

My other issue is I have another friend that I gave my +1 key to which they used on the poe website to claim, and nowhere does it say the +1 was for PC only. I also assumed it would download the client and youd have to type in your info like you do in the regular launcher for PC except it would instead be on the PS5.

There was zero clarity to that during their live event. They said buy a founders pack $30 plus which are available on the poe website for EA.

I am in the same boat, I linked my PS account to this website and when I went to the redeem the code my friend gave me, it asked if I wanted to redeem for Playstation or PC. I chose Playstation and it said im good to go. But when going into the Ps store to download the client, I cant download it without paying 30$

I bought ogham pack supposed to be good for ps5 too, now i bought another 30$ pack on psn to get access.
Asking for a refund but support is disappeared suddenly.

Also in the same boat. Bought EA on this website last week. Found out today have to pay again on PS5. Wish they made this more clear. Already sent email to support for refund for PC

Same, purchased EA and have sent an email to GGG support. Definitely not clear whatsoever and now I'll miss launch while I wait for them to reply

I emailed support as well asking for a refund or a key, they can email keys magically for the top $$$ pack bought here then they can for those who were hoodwinked on the wording. I mean in the FAQ it literally implies you only need EA once and you can claim keys for the other platforms

Yea, Im in the same shoes. I bought 30$ pack on the website here. Can't see it anywhere to download.
Do I need to buy it again on Playstation? That doesn't make any sense. In one of the interviews, Jonathan said that the only things that won't get through to the console are cosmetics. I have my PSN linked in account management here on the website.

I believe it has already been very frequently mentioned: you must purchase on PlayStation to be able to play on PlayStation. If you purchased a key anywhere else, it will not work on PlayStation.
