Bought the founder’s pack but I didn’t get the 300 coins

Anyone else have an update on this?
I'm trying to open a ticket with Playstation, but their support is hard to get ahold of.

I'm having a problem and at this point it's unacceptable i have bought the game it told me i get 300 coins but when i go and want to spend it tells me i have 0 and on the website it show 300 on the Playstation icon but not on the coin but still cant use it please fix this issue
