Cant enter portals!

It seems I am one of many, but here I go...

I cannot enter any atlas maps. I can go anywhere in the campaign and side areas, such as Azurite Mines or Rogue Port/Heists. I have confirmed across multiple characters in every server (Standard, HC, SSF, Settlers, Ruthless). None of my characters can enter into maps on the atlas.

I can consume a map on the map device, but once I click on the portal, the loading screen freezes and kicks me out to the login screen with the error "An Unexpected Disconnection Occurred". This happens 100% of the time, with every character. This happens when using portals in the hideout, as well.

I can login immediately after I get kicked out, but so far I've not found any solution.

I have restarted PoE, restarted Steam, restarted my computer. It doesn't makes sense that the problem would be on my computer, at this point, since all other content in the game is accessible.

Please let us know when this is fixed

Around 24 hours later for me, still can't open portals :(

Having the same problem in SSF Necro Settlers League. Cant enter Portals in Karui Shore nor in my Hideout. The portals from Maps created in Karui Shore are also created in my Hideout without a Map Device, but the don't work as well.

Same problem for me.

Unexpected disconnect every time i try to enter map

same on different pc, different internet connection, different graphic board etc

already deleted all files in documents\mygames\poe no change

3 days the problem exist

tested for 5 maps and it works

It's fine if you already have the map device unlocked, if you don't then you're stuck like most of us.

Stuck without the hideout map device in Settlers League, I get disconnected upon entering my first map at Karui Shores every time. Tried putting game files onto the SSD in case my clunky disk was the problem...and no cigar.

In Standard League I can enter a portal in Karui Shores if I opened the map in my hideout, but I have the same disconnect bug with any map opened at the former's map device. Those portals are un-join-able from the Shores and my hideout. Everything else I've tried has worked.

Still not yet fixed, please GGG

Having exactly the same problem, I get disconnected on trying to enter a map, everything else works fine. Really sad cause I wanted to enjoy the weekend gaming, just finished the campaign and now I´m stuck :(
